Jacob's Creek Classic Shiraz Cabernet Wine
Our winemaking tradition dates back to 1847 when Johann Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob’s Creek. A medium bodied wine boasting flavours of blackberry and plum with hints of pepper, smooth tannins and subtle oak. Enjoy with grilled steak, pizza or tomato based pasta dishes.
Ingredients: Fermented Grape Juice, Acidity Regulator (INS 334), Preservative (INS220).
Alcohol by Volume: 13.9%.
Taste: Vibrant layered fruit flavours with soft tannins and a long, velvety finish.
Smell: Spicy red fruit and cherry bouquet, supported by hints of cedary oak.
Complements: This spicy wine is great with grilled steak, pizza or tomato based pasta dishes.
