Instructions for Cooking: Boil 1 cup (approx. 150ml) of water in a pan. Add 25g (approx. half cup) of Oats and mix well. Cook for 3 mins and stir occasionally or microwave for 3 mins. Mix well and serve hot. Garnish with sautéed vegetables or toppings of your choice. Add salt to taste.
