Q. What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, expired)?

In case of any issues, you can always contact our customer support on 8979511110. We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful. We insist you check all the items at the point of delivery


Q. How do I return products purchased on FRESH n

Goods once sold will not be taken back unless the product on arrival is damaged, expired, or faulty. Our supply crew checks the quality of all ordered products before they reach you. Products purchased on can be returned as per below only if unopened and in resaleable condition.


Q. How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?

The amount will be refunded to you to use as store credit in your forthcoming purchases. In case of credit card payments we can also credit the money back to your credit/debit card or NetBanking, which takes upto 8 to 10 working days to feature in your statement. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue. Please note we will not be giving any cash refunds.


Q. How can I cancel my entire order?

Please contact our customer support in case you wish to cancel the order. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In some cases this can happen in an hour after you place the order.
